Charles Yesnick is of
counsel to the Long Beach office of Prindle, Amaro, Goetz,
Hillyard, Barnes & Reinholtz
LLP. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration
from the University of Southern California in 2000 and
his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2003. He
was admitted to the California Bar in that same year.
Mr. Yesnick’s practice focuses
on a wide range of business matters. He represents domestic
and foreign companies involved in a myriad of business
models including automotive, security, fitness, technology,
manufacturing, Internet, and real estate. As principal
outside counsel to his clients, he advises management and
directors in a full spectrum of business matters, including
contracts, business negotiations, compliance with state
and federal laws, corporate governance, structuring, expansion
opportunities, licensing, and employee matters.
In addition to the corporate aspect, Mr. Yesnick has significant
business litigation experience. This affords him the ability
to conduct and manage a wide array of business litigation
matters ranging from products and premises liability to
contract, employment, and intellectual property issues.
Furthermore, this litigation experience gives him additional
valuable insight to offer his clients on the corporate
counseling front.
