Matthew J. Eschenburg is a
partner in the Long Beach office of Prindle, Amaro, Goetz,
Hillyard, Barnes & Reinholtz.. Mr. Eschenburg
handles a broad variety of civil litigation matters including
representation of developers, general contractors, subcontractors
and design professionals in all aspects of mulit-party
construction related matters, including contract negotiations
and litigation; product manufacturers, suppliers and sellers
in complex product liability case
s; premises owners in
general liability, wrongful death and catastropic injury
and employment cases; automotive, tractor-trailer and other
vehicle owners, drivers and passengers in accident cases,
as well as, general business and real estate litigation.
Mr. Eschenburg is admitted
to practice before all courts in the State of California
and the U.S. District Court, as well as the United States
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior
to joining the firm, Mr. Eschenburg was a partner with
Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O'Meara,
LLP specializing in construction, general liability and
premises liability litigation.
Mr. Eschenburg obtained his Bachelor of Science degree
in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University in 1993.
While in college, he worked as a law clerk for the Maricopa
County Public Defenders Office, participated in NCAA level
soccer competitions and was a member of the Delta Sigma
Phi Fraternity. Following his time at Arizona State University,
he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State University,
College of Law in 1997.
Mr. Eschenburg is a member of the Orange County Bar Association,
as well as the ASU Alumni Association, the Association
of Surfing Lawyers and the Surfrider Foundation. He is
an avid surfer and golfer, and regularly participates in
adult soccer and hockey leagues.
