Layne M. Bukovskis graduated
from the University of California at Irvine with a degree
in Biological Sciences. There, he received the Regents
Scholar award and participated in the University Chorus'
tour of Eastern Europe and Bela Bartok Choral Competition.
Thereafter, Mr. Bukovskis attended law school at the University
of San Diego where he participated in the Advanced Trial
Advocacy program and received the American Jurisprudence
Award in Real Property.
Mr. Bukovskis is a member of the California State Bar
and the Orange County Bar Association. He is admitted to
practice in all of the State Courts of California and the
U.S. District Court - Central District. His practice focuses
on premises liability, products liability, amusement park
defense, and construction defect litigation. He enjoys
world history, travel and outdoor activities with his family.
